Ashwani Khurana, 1960 born, has had a stint at the Harvard Business School. He is one of the most passionate environmentalists of our times and believes in walking his talk. Already a successful and admired entrepreneur in India, he had the unique distinction of being the highest individual income taxpayer in the country at the age of 28. He is currently the President of Karma Lakelands and heads the corporate functions, marketing and exploring collaborator/partnering options. Ashwani has learnt golfing at Karma Lakelands before its doors opened to the public and has great interest in Latino Dancing. He has also taken initiation into Yoga and certain meditation/spiritual practices with Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev of Isha Yoga foundation www.ishafoundation.org, Coimbatore.
Anki Khurana is the Managing Director of Karma Lakelands. A woman with immense energy; hands-on landscaping as a work of Art and interiors are her strengths. In 1997, she began her own eco-friendly real estate business. She has mastered the ‘eco-arts’ of water harvesting, kitchen and garden waste composting and creating magnificent gardens. She is also the proprietor of ANKI, an interior design cum landscape firm. Her works have been widely covered by the media and renowned publications such as Indian Design and Interiors, BBC Good Homes, Business Standard, NDTV Good Times, The Times of India, The Hindustan Times, Hello, Vogue, Femina etc. She is also an acclaimed artist and has recently released a coffee table book on her works titled the Alchemy of Tranformation. Salman Jafri graduated in Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University in 1985. He’s the managing director of New Millennium Company Ltd. which he established in 1996 as a Project and Construction Management and Real Estate Consulting and Management organisation. He has been a part of Karma Lakelands since the project inception stage in 1998, as part of the project management team of New Millennium Company Ltd. Later, he joined the Board of Directors of the Karma Lakelands and since, has been involved with Project Development and Construction and Project Management Divisions of the company.
Gul Teckchandani is a Chartered Accountant and a lawyer, with over two decades of experience in the Indian equity markets. He has an extensive knowledge of the Indian corporates, based on continual tracking of corporate and industry performances as well as close interface with the managements on an on-going basis. He joined the mutual fund industry in the early 1990s as Vice President, Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services (IL&FS) in the Securities Management Group. He’s amongst the leading investment professionals in the country today and his name is familiar to the investing public through press and audio-visual media.
Phil Ryan has been in the Golf Course industry since the mid 1970's. He was a Golf Turf Manager/Construction Manager for seven years before joining Pacific Coast Design. Phil has been involved in the development of Karma Lakelands for over ten years right from, project concept to site master planning and detailed designing. Anu a Maths graduate from Delhi University, joined work on the very next day that she completed her formal college education. She was 20 then & has since been involved in the administration and operations of the family businesses including procurement, development and maintenance of real estate. Nowadays, she has found her true "calling" by being involved in the management of the renowned Tenderfeet Nursery School in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. She is passionate about philanthropic causes - with education of the underprivileged being closest to her heart. Anu has set up an NGO named Sanskriti Sourabh Educational Society, in which centres have been set up in Delhi providing educational assistance and vocational skills to the underprivileged children and elders.

A graduate in civil engineering from IIT Kharagpur, he has also obtained a masters degree in structural engineering from the University of South Hampton, UK. Associated with the company since its inception, he is the leading light of the real estate industry in India.
Ajay Chandra, son of Mr. Ramesh Chandra, is the Managing Director of Unitech. He studied civil engineering from Cornell University, USA and completed his masters in business administration from University of North Carolina, USA. With the company since 2003, he oversees the real estate operations and expansion into various geographies.
Sanjay Chandra, the other son of Mr. Ramesh Chandra, is also the Managing Director of Unitech. He’s been with Unitech since 2001, and has been responsible for the launch of various projects of the company.
